copies when a TROY MICR Toner Cartridge is
detected in the printer, this feature helps
to prevent unauthorized duplication of a negotiable
document with a MICR readable line.
Customizable
Authentication:
The ability to establish passwords
for select functions such as scanning to e-mail,
copying, printing or scanning provides scalable
security for each mfp. The highest level
of security can require a password to perform
any function on the mfp, while other levels
can be established to only require a password
if someone is requesting to scan to e-mail.
Paper Tray Locks: A
feature which is optional with all TROY MICR
and Security Printers, paper tray locks, provide
the ability to limit access to high valued
paper stock. By securely locking the
tray you can help to prevent unauthorized access
from the front back or top of the tray.
